The personal training sessions are all booked in on Monday and you will be given a schedule to when they are due. In case you are not doing a Premium package we just need a 1 day notice to book in your session. The sessions all consists of warm-up, stretching, shadow-boxing skill work, pad work and technical sparring with the trainer. If you wish you can show up for the PT earlier and do your own warm up to get more time out of the session
